PASTA de SHOW Italian Pasta Kitchen

Hsinchu Foods

Unique Q-Elastic Fresh Italian Pasta #City Edition Since I started following Black and White Chef, I've been craving pasta all the time. Coincidentally, I remembered that in May this year, the second branch of PASTA DE SHOW opened in Beida Road. This Italian fresh pasta kitchen is run by a Japanese chef, with the first location next to Xinzuang Park in the East District. The business has been thriving. The second branch, like the main store, allows you to place orders at a machine at the entrance, with options including basic sauce, Japanese sauce, meat sauce, and special sauce, as well as a choice between thin or wide noodles. According to the restaurant, fresh Italian pasta "differs from the commonly known 'dried pasta'; fresh pasta is the most familiar staple in Italian life, unprocessed and 'breathable'." The noodles indeed have a better texture and chewiness, absorbing plenty of sauce while also releasing the aroma of the flour. It is said that consuming it within 15 minutes is the most delicious! The restaurant uses its own recipe for production, utilizing imported durum wheat flour and no additives, ensuring both health and flavor. Each dish is prepared freshly upon order, inviting everyone who loves or wants to try fresh Italian pasta to come and taste the purest flavors.
