During that time, someone from the Environmental Protection Bureau joked, "The whole Dongju is filled with your restaurant's garbage." The stinky tofu here is recommended even by people from other islands, and it's crispy with flavorful pickled cabbage. The large bowl of handmade tofu pudding is generous in portion and has a creamy texture. The newly developed large silver thread roll, fried and drizzled with condensed milk and sprinkled with chocolate rice, is a favorite among soldiers.
