Initially, the people of Chiayi were not accustomed to the tangy flavor of yogurt, prompting Mr. Ke to personally visit various schools and companies in Chiayi, promoting his products through free tastings. From customer feedback, he gradually figured out how to adjust the recipes, developing yogurt flavors that would delight both children and adults alike, ultimately boosting its popularity.
