Qingzi Sausage and Cooked Meat Introduction
Sausage and cooked meat is a unique part of the dietary culture in Fucheng. At the stall, there are over 10 types of cold dishes, including large intestine, crab meatballs, pig liver, rice blood cake, and fish meat. The owner, Ms. Hsu Ching-Tzu, has been running her business at the most famous Shijin Jiu Dim Sum City in Tainan City for over 50 years alongside her parents. Although time has passed, the sausage and cooked meat remain just as delicious, and the old dipping board that has been used for 50 years remains unchanged as well.
