"Old Deng Beef Noodle" stands in the Shui-Jiao-She Air Force Village of Tainan City. The old site will be transformed into the "Tainan Shui-Jiao-She Cultural Park," so Old Deng relocated to a new site in 2008. The goal is to use better transformation and marketing strategies to enhance Old Deng Beef Noodle, aiming for "when customers think of beef noodles or stewed dishes, they think of Old Deng, and for Old Deng Beef Noodle to become one of Tainan's famous snacks known throughout Taiwan."
