Yang Cheng has been in Tainan for over half a century, located in an alley on Zhongzheng Road. It specializes in Cantonese cuisine, featuring famous dishes such as sweet and sour spareribs, mapo tofu, taro crispy duck, scallion beef, cashew shrimp, and the signature oil chicken, which is so delicious it will leave you craving for more. Especially the oil chicken, which uses a unique cooking method that results in meat that is cooked yet retains a hint of pink bones. Don't be afraid, as this is the authentic oil chicken, prepared using a method that combines braising and soaking, bringing out the chicken's natural sweetness.
