Feeling18 Chocolate Factory Introduction
Located in Puli, Nantou, the 18°C Chocolate Workshop is renowned for its low-temperature handmade chocolate. Officially launched online in 2006, Master Rao, the owner of the workshop, had over ten years of experience in chocolate-making before venturing into online sales. His passion for chocolate began in 1999 when he went to Japan to study, inspired by his children's love for chocolate. After returning to Taiwan, he continued to experiment with chocolate recipes, initially giving away his creations to friends and family. To his surprise, the handmade chocolates became hugely popular, leading to the establishment of the 18°C Chocolate Workshop.
