Dongshih Laotang Oyster Omelette Introduction

After leaving her job, Chen's family considered starting a new business venture and thought of Dongshi, a bountiful place for oysters, where the ingredients are fresh and easily accessible. She decided to focus on oyster dishes, specifically oyster omelets, which are affordable, delicious, and suitable for all ages. Thus, she named her restaurant "Oyster Omelet for Foodies" and set up shop on Dongshi Street. The flour for the oyster omelet is specially prepared and delivered from a supplier, and the ingredients include oysters, bok choy, and eggs. The cooking method involves cracking eggs in a frying pan, adding oysters and bok choy, pouring in the flour mixture, frying it until golden, flipping it over, and frying it again until golden before serving it. "Foodies" emphasizes hygiene and health, rejecting poor-quality ingredients, so the restaurant does not use bean sprouts, which are commonly soaked in growth chemicals. In addition to oyster omelets, the wasabi oyster dish is also worth trying. Fresh oysters are blanched and served with a dipping sauce made from fruit vinegar, wasabi, minced garlic, and ginger, which pairs perfectly with the fresh oysters. Furthermore, shredded chicken rice is also very popular.
