The extremely rare low-altitude red cypress群 in Taiwan is approximately 800 to 2000 years old. Among them, the well-known ones include the Ba Xian Shenmu with its gigantic tree hollow and the Bu Pai Shenmu with its twisted branches, which inspire admiration when looking up at them.

The Hewei Giant Tree Cluster in the online application system of the Natural Conservation Network is the lowest elevation cluster of red cypress in Taiwan. Visitors can admire the "Eight Immortals Giant Tree," "Hewei Giant Tree," and "Devil Giant Tree," which have been sculpted into curving branches over a thousand years, inspiring awe at the craftsmanship of nature.
