Established in 1947, this beloved old restaurant has over half a century of deliciousness! A must-try here is the "Braised Pork," which has been perfected by the original creator, Li Xu-Wen. It uses high-quality black pork as the main ingredient, marinated in premium soy sauce, steamed, then sun-dried for later use. Before serving, it is deep-fried to perfection, making it a signature dish of the restaurant!
