Established in 1947, this delicious old restaurant has been operating for over 60 years! A must-try here is the "Braised Pork" that has been researched and improved by the original founder, Li Hsu-Wen. Made with firm black pork, it is marinated with high-quality soy sauce, steamed, and then dried for storage. Before serving, it is deep-fried, becoming the restaurant's signature dish! Signature dishes include: Mushroom Eight Ways, Stir-Fried Mountain Pork, Steamed Trout, Stream Shrimp, and Stir-Fried Bamboo Shoots.
