Zhongli Film House (The First Film House) Introduction

Zhongli Light and Shadow Cinema is located in the Matsu New Village Cultural and Creative Park. The entire building was originally a community activity center for veterans and has been transformed into a two-story cinema over the course of two years. The first floor includes a service desk and an exhibition area for static films and cultural activities, while the second floor features a theater that accommodates 75 viewers and is equipped with a standard Dolby sound system. The Zhongli Light and Shadow Cinema officially opened in 2015, planning different themed film exhibitions and a series of film content each month, allowing the public to visit and enjoy films for free. The cinema is not only a highlight of the Matsu New Village Cultural and Creative Park but also serves as an important base for film development in Taoyuan. Transportation Methods：High Speed Rail Taoyuan Station → take a shuttle bus to Zhongli Railway Station → transfer to Taoyuan Bus (Route 112 South, 115, 500) or Zhongli Bus (Route 112 North) → get off at Matsu Village Station → turn left at Lane 281, Section 3, Longgang Road → turn left at Longji 2nd Street → turn right at the first intersection to reach Matsu Village.
