Zhongli Film and Visual Center (Hall 1) Introduction

The Zhongli Light and Shadow Cinema is located within the Matsu New Village Cultural and Creative Park. The entire building was originally a community activity center for residents of the military dependents' village and was transformed into a two-story cinema over a period of two years. The first floor features a service desk and a static exhibition area related to films and arts, while the second floor houses a cinema that can accommodate 75 viewers and is equipped with a standard Dolby sound system. The Zhongli Light and Shadow Cinema officially began operations in 2015, planning different themed film exhibitions and a series of movie screenings each month, allowing the public to enjoy free admission and film viewings. The Zhongli Light and Shadow Cinema is not only a highlight of the Matsu New Village Cultural and Creative Park but also an important hub for film and television development in Taoyuan.
