Songyuan Farm Introduction

Zhuolan is renowned as the "Fruit Kingdom" of Taiwan, and the "Songyuan Farm" is located in Neiwang Village in the southeastern part of Zhuolan Township. The farm primarily produces grapes and starfruit and showcases related processed products. The cultivation of fruits is heavily dependent on climate and soil, and the area where Songyuan Farm is situated, known as Dongsheng, experiences significant temperature differences between day and night, which naturally enhances the sweetness of the fruits. Additionally, with years of natural cultivation and a step-by-step cultivation process, combined with the clear water of the Daan River, the quality of the grapes and starfruit is stable, with full, sweet, and juicy fruits that are beautifully shaped. Songyuan cultivates its crops using natural farming methods. Although the techniques and costs can be quite high, the dedication to consumer health and ecological balance of the land make these efforts worthwhile. To implement organic farming, all fruits are bagged during their early growth stages, and no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used during the growth period, instead opting for natural organic fertilizers. As a result, Songyuan's grapes and starfruit can be harvested and eaten immediately, free from concerns about pesticide residues and pollution. The starfruit season runs from October to New Year's Day or from January to March, while the grape season spans from January to March and July to September. We hope everyone can support us by visiting Songyuan during the harvest season for fruit picking, and we also offer phone ordering and delivery services! Come to Songyuan Farm to pick starfruit and grapes, experience farm life, enjoy the serene green mountains and beautiful scenery of Zhuolan, and participate in DIY activities like grape slushies, vinegar, and brewing. Enjoy a leisurely and relaxing time in nature at Songyuan Farm!
