Songyuan Farm Introduction

Zhuolan, known as the "Kingdom of Fruits," is famous throughout Taiwan. "Songyuan Farm," located in Neiwang Village in the southeastern part of Zhuolan Township, primarily produces grapes and starfruits, and offers various related processed products for sale. The cultivation of fruits heavily relies on climate and soil; Songyuan Farm is situated in Dongsheng, where the temperature difference between day and night is significant, naturally enhancing the sweetness of the fruits. Additionally, through years of natural cultivation and following a step-by-step farming process along with the clear water quality of the Daan River, the grapes and starfruits produced here have stable quality, are plump, sweet, and juicy with beautiful shapes. Songyuan cultivates crops using natural farming methods. Although the techniques and costs have higher thresholds, this effort is absolutely worthwhile for the health of consumers and ecological balance of the land. To implement organic cultivation, the fruits are bagged during their young fruit stage, and no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used during the growth period, only natural organic fertilizers. Therefore, Songyuan's grapes and starfruits can be harvested and eaten immediately without worry about pesticide residue and contamination. The starfruit season is from October to the following New Year or from January to March, while the grape season is from January to March and from July to September. We hope everyone will support us by visiting Songyuan during the harvest season for fruit picking. We also provide telephone ordering and home delivery services! Come to Songyuan Farm to pick starfruits and grapes, experience farm life, enjoy the beautiful scenery of Zhuolan’s lush mountains, and participate in DIY activities such as making grape smoothies, vinegar, and brewing. Enjoy a leisurely time in nature with a scheduled visit to the fruit orchard at Songyuan Farm.
