Dongwang Tower Introduction
Dongwang Tower, located on Neipu Old Street, was built by the late Dr. Liu Huanxiang. It is the first traditional building in Neipu, with a history of about eighty years. The name "Dongwang Tower" is derived from its entrance facing Dawu Mountain, reflecting the encouragement of Hakka ancestors for their descendants to be upright like bamboo and to understand humility. The roof features a swallowtail style, highlighting the grandeur of the affluent families of that era.
