Dongwang Tower Introduction
Dong Wang Lou, located on Neipu Old Street, was built by the late doctor Liu Huanxiang and is the first traditional building in Neipu, with a history of over eighty years. Its name, which means "East Wishing Tower," is derived from its entrance facing Dawu Mountain. It reflects the ancestors' encouragement for future generations to be upright like bamboo and to understand humility. The roof features a swallow-tailed design, highlighting the grandeur of wealthy families of that era.
