Rice Heritage Hall Introduction
The Rice Origin Museum is located beside the eastern road of the Xinka Garden in Chihshang, Taitung. The original building was an idle warehouse in the Wan'an community. Through the collective efforts of community residents, it has become an important base for promoting Chihshang rice culture. The museum offers rich community tours, DIY activities, and itineraries, such as rice food DIY and farm experience tours, and also provides bicycles for tourists to rent. In addition to showcasing the life of farmers, various agricultural products are sold here, including Wan'an rice, rice noodles, and peeled chili peppers. The second floor features a dining area where visitors can enjoy Hakka specialty dishes and beverages. This is the place where all the unique experiences of Chihshang are organized.
