Chishang Cycling Route Introduction
Chihshang Countryside Bicycle Path is a network consisting of a main route and three branch lines (the Huanzhun Branch, Tiantang Road Branch, and Xinxing Branch) along with Brolan Avenue. Starting from Chihshang Station, the route passes through Dapo Pond, Floating Ditch, Large Waterwheel, Small Waterwheel, the inlet of Chihshang Ditch Ecological Park, Mukye Resort, Dongxin Road, Wanchao, Wentian Road, and returns back to Chihshang Station, completing a loop of approximately 3 hours. The entire route is planned according to the terrain and existing country roads while taking advantage of the expansive fields, incorporating the local culture and aesthetics of Chihshang Township as the blueprint. The construction is meticulously done to connect various attractions such as the national wetland - Dapo Pond, Floating Ditch and Daguan Pavilion, Brolan Avenue, Tiantang Road, Tea Offering Trees, Rice Cultural Museum, Drift Bird 197 - Valley Earth Art Season, and more. Whether riding on the main line or the branch roads, the surface is quite flat, making the ride feel very easy and effortless.
