Chuliku Ranch Introduction

Chulu Ranch is the largest sloped ranch in Taiwan, where herds of dairy cows leisurely stroll across lush green pastures. The white fences and bright red buildings, set against a backdrop of blue skies and soft white clouds, create a picturesque scene reminiscent of a European estate, enchanting every visitor. In addition to dairy cows, Chulu Ranch has introduced animals such as pet horses, four-horned sheep, rabbits, and peacocks, allowing travelers the opportunity for close encounters with a variety of animals. Visitors can hand-feed the cows with fresh grass and also enjoy DIY experiences. Chulu Ranch produces a wide array of rich dairy products from fresh milk, including fresh milk ice cream, steamed buns filled with milk, cheese, and crispy cookies, making it one of the best souvenirs in Taitung. Established in 1973, Chulu Ranch is the oldest large-scale tourist ranch in the Taitung area, spanning 67 hectares and located at an elevation between 200 and 390 meters. It is surrounded by the Central Mountain Range and the Coastal Mountain Range, offering a vast view that uplifts both the body and the spirit. The ranch also features unique grass sliding activities that are particularly popular among children. In this natural treasure, diverse vegetation and ecosystems intertwine, making tourists feel as if they have stepped into a natural paradise. Strolling on the verdant lawns and walking along the serene tree-lined paths feels like a warm embrace of nature. As the gentle breeze sweeps through, the majestic scenery of mountains and the ocean complements each other, further enchanting visitors.
