Dawu National Forest Trail Introduction

The smallest trail in Taiwan, the Dawu National Forest Trail, is located in Dawu Township, Taitung. It is a circular trail with gentle slopes and low elevation, making it suitable for family outings. The entrance to the Dawu National Forest Trail is next to the Forestry Bureau's Dawu Work Station; by following the wooden stairs upward, one will reach the trailhead. Transportation Methods:By bus: Take the Dongtaiwan Bus 8135, 8136, 8137, 8156, or 8158 and get off at Dawu Street Station. Proceed along Shanlin Road and turn right to reach the entrance; you can also continue forward to enter through another entrance next to the Forestry Bureau.
