Dawu National Forest Trail Introduction

The smallest trail in Taiwan, Dawu National Forest Trail, is located in Dawu Township, Taitung County. It is a circular trail with gentle slopes and a low elevation, making it suitable for families to enjoy leisurely together. The rich and diverse primitive natural ecology, being the crown of national parks, has earned it the nickname "Dawu's Backyard Garden". The entrance to Dawu National Forest Trail is next to the Forestry Bureau's Dawu Work Station. Transportation Methods:Take the bus: Ride the Dong Taiwan Bus 8132, 8135, 8136, 8137, 8156, or 8158 and get off at the Dawu Street Station. Walk along Shanlin Road and make a right turn to reach the entrance; alternatively, you can continue walking forward to another entrance next to the Forestry Bureau.


Remarks:No entry for small vehicles, no entry for medium buses, no entry for large buses.
