Nantian Village Introduction
Nantian Stone is not native to Nantian; instead, it was washed down from the mountains by streams nearby. Through the unique topography and ocean currents, these stones have been rolled and polished, resulting in each stone being smooth and without edges. Additionally, the quartz crystals originally embedded within the stones have become exposed, creating irregular patterns on their surfaces, which exhibit a variety of shapes. Besides Nantian Stone, the Alangyi Historic Trail is also a point of interest. The Alangyi Historic Trail was an ancient pathway used by indigenous people for transporting goods back and forth between the north and south, which has since become abandoned and is now a favored route for hikers and mountaineers. Due to environmental carrying capacity considerations, a quota system has been implemented. Friends who wish to walk the Alangyi Historic Trail should inquire about relevant information in advance.
