Maple Trail Introduction
The "Maple Forest Trail" at Dashan, Fuxing Village, is a recreational spot developed with great effort over many years by the Ji'an Township Office in Hualien County. The trail is approximately 3.4 kilometers long and is lined with various flowers. In spring, azaleas, plum blossoms, and peach blossoms bloom successively, creating a colorful and beautiful scene. Throughout the year, plants such as Ligularia and Erythrina compete in beauty. During autumn, strolling through the maple forest feels like being in a poetic painting, an experience that is truly unforgettable. From the trail, one can overlook the scenic checkerboard landscape of Ji'an Township and get a panoramic view of the Hualien Plain and the northern side of the Coastal Mountain Range, offering a wide vista. As one leisurely walks along the winding path, not only can they enjoy the bright scenery, but they can also indulge in a forest bath, breathing in the phytoncides, making it a great enjoyment in life. At night, one can gaze at the stars above while overlooking the twinkling lights of countless homes below, a breathtaking sight that is enchanting.
