Jibei Sandbank Introduction
Jibei Sandbar is located on Jibei Island in the northern part of Baisha Township, and it is renowned for its sandbar formation, which is 800 meters long and 300 meters wide. The island's sandy tail extends into the sea, creating a stunning view with the blue sea, sky, and golden coastline. The coastal currents, waves, and tides continuously erode the coast, transporting fallen rocks and gravel to suitable locations for accumulation, eventually forming beach, sandbars, and other marine landforms over time. The beautiful and unique sandbar of Jibei was created in this way. The sandbar extends outward, accumulating thousands of meters of beach and presenting a long shape, covered with golden sand, which is why it is also called the "Golden Sandbar of Jibei."
