Jibei Sandbar Introduction
Jibei Sandbar is located on Jibei Island, to the north of Baisha Township. The most famous feature of the island is its sandbar, which stretches 800 meters long and 300 meters wide, making it truly captivating. The sandy tails of the island extend into the sea, where the azure sea and golden coastline reflect each other, and there are vacation cabins available for accommodation. This spot is a popular destination for summer vacations, honeymoons, and water activities. The coastal erosion caused by ocean currents, waves, and tides transports fallen rock debris and gravel to suitable locations over time, leading to the formation of various coastal landforms such as beaches, sandbanks, sandbars, or land-connected islands. The beautiful and unique sandbar of Jibei came to be in this way. The Jibei Sandbar extends outward, accumulating several thousand meters of beach with a long shape covered in golden sand, which is why it is also known as Jibei's "Golden Sandbar." Not only does it sit next to the azure coastline, but the nearby green coastal plants add to its beauty. The color of the sea transitions from light blue to deep blue, complemented by the golden sandy beach. This location was also a filming site for the idol drama "Dolphin Bay Lovers," and it is very suitable for water activities. 【Recommended stay time】 2 hours
