Fishing Light Trail Introduction

The Yuguangli Trail starts from Nanshan Temple and winds down along the industrial road and mountain paths among tea plantations, ending at the colorful suspension bridge of Coelogyne cristata. Along the way, visitors can enjoy the lush scenery of the tea gardens. Located within the area, Yuguang Elementary School (now a branch of Pinglin Elementary School) is a very small elementary school and can be considered one of the smallest in New Taipei City. The teachers at the school use weekends to design outdoor learning activities that utilize the natural environment surrounding the school, providing opportunities for their students and those from other schools to connect with nature through school excursions.
