Yuguangli Trail Introduction

The Yuguangli Trail begins at the Nanshan Temple and winds down along the industry roads and mountain paths amidst the tea gardens, ending at the colorful suspension bridge of Dendrobium. Along the way, visitors can enjoy the lush scenery of the tea plantations. Within the area, Yuguang Elementary School (now a branch of Pinglin Elementary School) is a super small elementary school, considered one of the tiniest in New Taipei City. The teachers at the school utilize the natural environment around the school to design study-abroad programs during weekends, providing opportunities for their students to engage in outdoor learning activities in nature with students from other schools.
