Exit at Pinglin Interchange on the Suhua Highway, turn onto County Road 42 (Ping-Shuang Road) towards Yuguang and Kuo-Tsai directions next to the Pinglin Traffic Control Center. At the fork, head towards Huliaotan, and turn left after crossing Huliaotan Bridge. 2.
