Chenglan Fort is located at the intersection of Lizhi Street and Fuxing Street in Fengshan District (behind Fengshan Elementary School) and is situated at the southwest corner of the county city. It is an irregular octagonal fort, and on both sides of the fort's wing walls, several "gun holes" (larger inside and smaller outside) for long guns can be clearly seen. From the fort, the view of the moat is expansive.
