Qingye Persimmon Orchard Introduction

Persimmons are growing rapidly. When they ripen, come and taste the delicious fruit, and the best part is that there's free sampling! There are both soft and firm ones to try. *For soft persimmons: Cut in half and scoop out with a large spoon to eat. *For firm persimmons: Wash the skin and peel it off with a peeler; you can also slice them with a knife for a great taste! Typically, the ones picked from the persimmon orchard are firm. If you find soft ones, they are usually overripe and not picked. If you want to eat soft persimmons at home, leave them at room temperature for 4-5 days, and they will turn red and soft. If you put them in the fridge, they won't soften as easily due to the lower temperature, but they will become crisp and sweet, enhancing the texture.
