Qingye Persimmon Garden Introduction
The sweet persimmons are quickly growing! When the persimmons are ripe, come and taste the delicious fruits, and the best part is, there’s free sampling! There are both soft and firm ones available for tasting. *For soft persimmons: just cut them in half and scoop them out with a large spoon. *For firm persimmons: wash the surface and then peel the skin with a peeler before eating; you can also cut them into slices, which tastes great too! Usually, the ones picked in the persimmon orchard are firm, while soft ones are often too ripe and not harvested. If you want to eat a "soft" persimmon at home, leave it at room temperature for 4-5 days, and it will become red and soft. Placing the persimmons in the refrigerator makes it harder for them to ripen due to the lower temperature, but it will result in firmer and sweeter persimmons, which have a better texture.
