Qingye Persimmon Garden Introduction
The sweet persimmons are growing quickly, and when they ripen, come and taste the delicious fruits! Even better, there is free sampling! You can try both soft and crunchy varieties. *For the soft ones: simply cut them in half and scoop out the flesh with a large spoon. *For the crunchy ones: wash the skin lightly and then peel it with a peeler; alternatively, you can cut them into slices to enjoy the flavor as well! Usually, the ones picked in the persimmon orchard are crunchy, while the soft ones are typically overripe and not harvested. If you want to eat a "soft" persimmon after bringing it home, leave it at room temperature for 4 to 5 days, and it will turn red and soften. Conversely, if you store the persimmons in the refrigerator, they will not soften easily due to the lower temperature affecting ripening; however, refrigerating them will make them crunchy and sweet, enhancing the taste.
