Qingye Persimmon Garden Introduction

The sweet persimmons are growing rapidly, and when they ripen, come and taste the delicious fruits. The best part is that there's a free tasting! There are both soft and crunchy ones available for tasting. *For the soft ones: just cut them in half and scoop them out with a big spoon. *For the crunchy ones: wash the skin and peel it off with a peeler, or you can slice them to eat, which also tastes great! Usually, the ones picked in the persimmon orchard are crunchy; if you find a soft one, it’s typically overripe and wasn’t harvested. If you want to eat a "soft" persimmon after bringing it home, leave it at room temperature for 4-5 days, and it will turn red and soft. If you put the persimmons in the fridge, they won’t soften easily because the lower temperature makes them slow to ripen. However, refrigerating them will make the persimmons crunchy and sweet, enhancing their taste.
