At the foot of He Bao Mountain in Gu Kong, which has a century-long coffee history, there is Gu Quan Coffee Estate, covering an area of about five hectares and cultivating over 3,000 organic coffee trees. Each coffee bean in the estate is harvested by hand, one by one, and undergoes shelling, fermentation, and multiple rounds of manual sorting before being sent for roasting. Gu Quan insists on organic cultivation methods and has passed multiple SGS certifications. After years of experience, Gu Quan continues to innovate while preserving the original flavors, carefully roasting each coffee bean and brewing the authentic taste of Taiwan.
