谷泉咖啡莊園

At the foot of the Hoh Pao Mountain in Gukeng, which has a century-long coffee history, there lies a coffee estate called Guquan Coffee Garden that covers an area of about 5 hectares and cultivates over 3,000 pesticide-free coffee trees. Each coffee bean in the estate is hand-picked one by one, de-shelled, fermented, and goes through multiple rounds of manual sorting before being sent for roasting. Guquan insists on using pesticide-free cultivation methods and has passed various SGS certifications. After years of experience, Guquan continues to innovate while preserving its original deliciousness, carefully roasting each coffee bean and brewing with care to present the authentic flavors of Taiwanese coffee. In striving to showcase handcrafted Taiwanese coffee, they also hope to share a piece of Taiwan's coffee history and a cup of安心 (安心, meaning "safe" or "reassured") Taiwanese specialty coffee with their customers.
