Built in the 36th year of the Kangxi era (1697), originally named "Hou Liao Temple." However, due to its devotees being spread across Xipu and Ding Tianzi, not limited to Hou Liao, it was renamed after the temple's main deity, Wang Ye of Wu Fu. In addition to worshiping Wang Ye of Wu Fu, the temple also houses the deities Xue, Wen, Zhang Sanfu, and Taizi Ye.

Wu Fu Temple (Wang-an) Introduction

The main deity worshiped is King Wu of Wufu, and the temple was built in the 36th year of the Kangxi Emperor's reign (1697). Originally named "Hou Liao Palace," it was renamed due to the widespread devotion of its followers in Xipu and Ding Tianzi, not limited to Hou Liao. In addition to the main deity King Wu of Wufu, the temple also enshrines the three Yu Yaw of Xue, Wen, and Zhang, as well as the Prince.
