Vision Hall Introduction

The Vision Hall is located at Section 4 of Xinjhuang New Taipei Boulevard, at the forefront of the Zhonggang Drain. This exhibition hall was built alongside the rehabilitation project of the Zhonggang Drain, aimed at helping the public better understand the Zhonggang Drain project and water management-related information. Upon entering the first floor, visitors are greeted by a glass wall displaying old photographs of Xinjhuang, while the interior features a more modern aesthetic with many adorable children depicted. Inside the hall, it's like stepping into a magical water world, with the sound of flowing water and projections creating an immersive experience reminiscent of a creek. Most impressive is the 14-meter-long interactive wall. In addition to information about the rehabilitation and evolution of the Zhonggang Drain, as well as hydrological and historical details, the Vision Hall also periodically hosts exhibitions for interested visitors. Guided tours can be requested, allowing visitors to engage with the material digitally in an interactive manner, while also learning about Xinjhuang’s historical and cultural background, the reasons, processes, and outcomes of the Zhonggang Drain rehabilitation project, and the eco-friendly philosophy of water resource management, making it a hall rich in educational significance.
