Vision Hall Introduction

The Vision Pavilion is located on Section 4 of Xinzhuang New Taipei Boulevard, at the forefront of the Zhonggang Drain. This exhibition hall was built in accordance with the Zhonggang Drain improvement plan, aimed at helping the public better understand the Zhonggang Drain project and related hydraulic information. Upon entering the first floor, visitors will first see a glass exterior wall featuring old photographs of Xinzhuang, while the interior walls present a more modern image with many adorable children depicted. Stepping inside feels like entering a fantastical underwater world, where the sound of flowing water and projections create an immersive experience reminiscent of a stream or lake. Notably, the pavilion boasts a 14-meter-long interactive wall. In addition to the history, evolution of the Zhonggang Drain improvement, and hydrological information, the Vision Pavilion frequently hosts exhibitions for interested visitors. Guided tours can also be arranged, allowing the public to engage with the displays in an interactive manner. Visitors can learn about Xinzhuang’s historical and cultural aspects, the reasons, processes, and outcomes of the Zhonggang Drain improvement project, as well as the environmental concepts behind water resource management, making this pavilion rich in educational value.
