Jinlun Bridge Introduction
Jinlun Bridge is located in Taitung County, Taimali Township, and was opened to traffic in 2017 as part of the South-Link Highway widening and improvement plan. Due to its unique geographical location, it was praised by news media as the most beautiful viaduct in Taiwan shortly after its opening, attracting many photography enthusiasts who visit to capture images of the bridge that seems to infinitely extend into the sea. If you are driving south along Provincial Highway 9 from the north, you will pass through Jinlun Village before reaching Jinlun Bridge; a quick turn will take you into the village, which has seen a number of locally distinctive shops in recent years. In addition to a brief rest here, you can also enjoy a distant view of Jinlun Bridge from Jinlun Village, capturing beautiful scenes that cannot be taken from the bridge itself. If you want to photograph the picturesque Jinlun Bridge, it's advisable to use a telephoto lens to capture the continuous stretch of the roadway. Also, please note that parking is not allowed on the bridge, and do not stand on the roadway to take photos; safety is more important than anything else!
