The Community by the Water - Huanmin New Village Huanmin New Village is located at the southern end of the Taipei Basin, adjacent to the NTU Gongguan business district. Built along the mountain, Huanmin New Village is currently the only fully preserved military dependents' village in Taipei City. The community is rich in cultural preservation awareness and serves as an ideal venue to present historical aspects through a community approach.
