National Taiwan University Introduction
Within the campus, there are many historical sites and buildings, with a clearly defined east-west axis design throughout the layout. On both sides of Coconut Avenue, there are royal palm trees planted, alongside azaleas, while camphor and dragon cypress trees are situated between them and the school buildings. Walking along Coconut Avenue, the greenery arches over the sunrise, creating a sense of stepping onto a broad avenue; it is a unique sunrise spot within the city. Near the College of Agriculture, there are numerous gardens with aquatic plants, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. The experimental farm also features interesting ecological restoration observations. The alleys near the campus are surrounded by mainstream bookstores and independent small bookstores, immersing National Taiwan University in a rich cultural atmosphere, complemented by a coffee culture found among the bookstores.
