National Taiwan University Introduction
The campus is filled with historic sites and buildings, and the overall layout is clearly oriented along an east-west axis. Tall coconut trees are planted along both sides of Coconut Avenue, accompanied by azaleas, while camphor trees and Juniperus chinensis are situated between them and the school buildings. Walking along Coconut Avenue, the green shade arches over the sunrise, creating a sense of progressing towards a grand avenue, making it a unique sunrise spot within the city. Near the College of Agriculture, there are many gardens featuring aquatic plants, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. The experimental farm also has interesting ecological restoration observations, while the alleys around the campus are dotted with mainstream bookstores and independent bookshops, creating a rich cultural atmosphere surrounding National Taiwan University. These bookstores are accompanied by a coffee culture, further enhancing the humanistic ambiance.
