Taibai Mountain Sound Introduction
Nestled amidst the veiled mountains and seas, on the way to Dongjhou Lighthouse, the Taibai Tian Sheng red sign with white letters stands alongside the road, marking a vantage point perched on majestic boulders offering excellent views. Standing on the observation deck and looking out, the coastal rocks shimmer, the terrain is steep, and the vast ocean stretches into the distance, presenting a magnificent scene; during the misty season at the turn of spring and summer, mist shrouds the stones, blending with the sounds of wind and waves crashing against the coastal rocks, creating an ethereal atmosphere, thus earning its name. From this location, one can overlook the layered peaks of half of Dongyin Island and revel in the daunting cliffs and the perilous beauty of the sea and sky, which is truly mesmerizing. If visitors come to Dongyin during this season (around March to May), it's highly recommended to experience it in person! Another small spot along the trail to Dongjhou Lighthouse is the Leigu Stone. Leigu Stone is a massive granite boulder protruding from the mountainside, shaped like a large round drum, which seems to emit a deep drumbeat when struck, making it a unique geological feature of the area.
