Amidst the hazy mountains and sea, on the way to Dongyong Lighthouse, the Taibai Tian Sheng red-and-white sign stands by the roadside, serving as an observation deck that is perched on a towering boulder with excellent views. Standing on the observation deck and looking around, the coastal rocks shimmer, the terrain is rugged, and the vast ocean stretches out in the distance, creating a spectacular sight. During the fog season between spring and summer, from March to May, rain and mist blend together; the hazy fog obscures the rocks, and the sound of the wind intertwines with the crashing waves against the coastal rocks, creating a somewhat ethereal atmosphere, hence the name. Here, visitors can overlook half of Dongyin Island's majestic peaks and take in the sheer cliffs and perilous sea views, leaving one in awe and wanting to linger. If visitors are here during this season, they should experience it for themselves! Another small site on the path to Dongyong Lighthouse is Leigu Stone. Leigu Stone is a giant granite boulder that juts out from the mountainside along the trail, shaped like a large round drum. It seems as if it would emit a deep drum sound when struck and is also a unique geological feature of the area.
