Shenwei Tiantai Mountain Introduction
Shenwei Tiantai Mountain is located at 14K of Provincial Highway 27甲 in Liugui District, covering an area of over 300 hectares. It is the largest Yiguandao temple in Taiwan. The main structure consists of the front hall, middle hall, and rear hall, which shine brilliantly under the sunlight, exuding a solemn and dignified atmosphere. Inside the temple, the white jade Buddha statues are carved from the largest piece of white jade in Asia. The platform holding the three Buddha statues is made from hundred-year-old camphor wood, and to support their considerable weight, a solid foundation was first established before constructing the altar table. Due to its enormous size, it has also participated in the Guinness World Records. The temple is planned as a comprehensive international-level venue for development, serving as an open health and leisure education temple. It is recommended that visitors spend about one hour here to enjoy a leisurely walk through the tranquil atmosphere of the garden.
