Shenwei Tiantai Mountain Introduction
Shenwei Tiantai Mountain is located at the 14K mark of Provincial Highway 27甲 in Liugui District, covering an area of over 300 hectares. It is the largest Yiguandao temple in Taiwan. The main building is divided into the Front Hall, Middle Hall, and Rear Hall, all radiating grandeur under the sunlight, exuding a solemn and dignified atmosphere. The white jade Buddha statue inside is carved from the largest piece of white jade in Asia. The table that holds the three Buddha statues is made of century-old camphor wood, designed to bear significant weight, with a solid foundation laid before the altar table was set up. Due to its enormous size, it has also participated in the Guinness World Records. The temple is planned as a comprehensive international-grade temple focused on development, serving as an open health and leisure education venue. Visitors are advised to stay for about an hour to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere within the park.
