Shenwei Tiantai Mountain Introduction
Shenwei Tiantai Mountain is located at Provincial Highway 27甲14K in Liuqiu District, covering an area of over 300 hectares. It is the largest Yiguandao temple in Taiwan, with main buildings comprising the front hall, middle hall, and rear hall. Under the sunlight, the structures shine brilliantly, emanating a solemn and majestic atmosphere. The white jade Buddha statues inside are carved from the largest white jade stone in Asia. The table that holds the three Buddha statues is made from a 100-year-old camphor tree and is built to bear significant weight; thus, a solid foundation was laid before the altar table was installed. Due to its enormous size, it has even participated in the Guinness World Records. The temple is designed to be a comprehensive international-level temple primarily focused on health and wellness education. Visitors are recommended to stay for about one hour to leisurely stroll and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the grounds.
