Maolin Visitor Center Introduction
The Maolin Visitor Center is located at No. 7-7, Maolin Lane, Maolin Village. The original visitor center was situated within the Maolin Office of the Fengshan Agricultural Association. To enhance the visitor service functions of the Maolin National Scenic Area, the Maolin Administration constructed the new Maolin Visitor Center, which officially opened on August 19, 2024. The center includes facilities such as a travel consultation service counter, a smart touch interactive guide wall, an interactive large screen wall, a multimedia audiovisual room, a nursing room, a prayer room, and a book return station, providing comprehensive recreational services. The center houses the Maolin Environmental Education Center, which offers courses on purple butterfly, indigenous culture, and the meandering topography of Maolin. Visitors are warmly welcomed to visit. A recommended stay duration is about one hour, and reservations can be made for immersive film viewings or to obtain tourism resource introductions of the scenic area at the visitor center.
