The center is equipped with accessible tourist consultation counters, multimedia rooms, breastfeeding rooms, book exchange stations, and smart device charging facilities. Visitors to the center must take a moment to try on original Paiwan ethnic clothing for a memorable photo experience. Situated in an area with excellent views of the Pingtung Plain, tourists can ascend to the second floor to admire the surrounding mountains, watch the sunset glow, and gaze at the Xialiao Bridge and the Kaohsiung 85 Building. The square in front of the center occasionally hosts holiday art markets, incorporating the trend of creative markets while showcasing the unique cultural features of the indigenous community.
