Xiao Chang Cheng Trail Introduction
The Little Great Wall Trail is located in the Maolin Longtoushan Recreation Area. It is built along the ridgeline of Longtoushan and extends to the Duona Suspension Bridge. The scenic views along the trail are beautiful, offering a vast panorama of the entire Longtoushan river valley, the Duona Bridge, the Lover's Cliff, Shetou Mountain, and the Zhuokou River. From a distance, the wooden plank path resembles a miniature version of the Great Wall of China. The nearly 1-kilometer wooden trail is suitable for both adults and children, providing a healthy outing to enjoy fresh air and the wonders of nature. A 30-minute walk will complete the Little Great Wall Trail, and if you are willing to spend an additional half hour, you can hike to the Duona Suspension Bridge for a breathtaking view of the valley.
