Luzhukou is a fishing village located in San Guang Li, Beimen District, Tainan City. In the early days, the area was known for its numerous river channels between the village heads on the north bank of the estuary of Jiangjun River, west of Sanliao Bay, necessitating the use of bamboo bridges for access, hence the name Luzhukou. Luzhukou Fishing Port, also known as Beimen Fishing Port, is one of the three major fishing ports in Tainan. The fishing port has hundreds of motorized rubber rafts, making it the largest rubber raft fishing port in Tainan. These rafts are often used to transport oysters from the oyster farms and are frequently hired by anglers to go fishing, enjoying the coastal fishing experience. Luzhukou Fishing Port is adjacent to oyster farms, where one can admire the neatly arranged oyster racks from the port. During the transition of day and night, the evening glow appears, and the lake surface is painted in vibrant colors, creating a spectacular and soothing scene at the fishing port, attracting many photographers who set up tripods to capture the view.

In the past, the area between the northern shore of the estuary where the Jianan River meets the sea, west of Sanliaowan, had many canals, and access to the village was possible only via a temporary bridge made of bamboo. This location is hence named Luzhugou. Luzhugou Fishing Port, also known as Beimen Fishing Port, is one of the three major fishing ports in Tainan. The port is home to hundreds of motorized inflatable rafts, making it the largest inflatable raft fishing port in Tainan. These rafts are often used to transport oysters from oyster farms, and sea anglers frequently hire these rafts to go fishing, enjoying the pleasures of coastal fishing. Luzhugou Fishing Port is adjacent to oyster farms, and visitors can gaze upon the neatly arranged oyster racks from the port.
