Mashagou Ocean Leisure Sports Resort Introduction
【Announcement】Masha Bay Ocean Leisure Sports Resort Center is currently closed for maintenance. Masha Bay is located in the Jiangjun District and was originally a traditional fishing village along the coast. At dusk, one can see the sunset reflecting on the sea and fishing boats dotting the horizon, which earned this place the nickname "Green Sand Shadow," one of the Eight Sceneries of Tainan in the past. Masha Bay also features fine sandy beaches and clear waters. In the 1980s, it was developed with numerous vendors and diverse water activities, attracting large numbers of tourists during summer, marking its most glorious period. However, the facilities at Masha Bay became outdated and gradually declined. In 2018, the management office of the Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan Coastal National Scenic Area revitalized the "Masha Bay Ocean Leisure Sports Resort Center," which started operations in June 2020. The renovated resort center now offers swimming areas, jet skis, and other recreational facilities. With these abundant facilities and exceptional coastal conditions, Masha Bay quickly regained its former popularity. The carefully renovated Masha Bay not only provides a variety of leisure activities but also ensures safety in water activities with well-planned rescue measures. Lifeguards in the recreational area constantly monitor safety conditions, providing visitors with a secure and comfortable experience.
