Fu-Hsing Factory 1962 Introduction
Fu Hsing Factory was established in August 2021 and is the site of the old factory of Taiwan's first cosmetics company, Sheng Hsiang Tang. The name is inspired by the homophony of its location on Fuxing Road, embodying the concept of "wealth" and creativity, while "Hsing" represents the renewal of the old house's value. The term "Factory" symbolizes the era's spirit and significance of this old building. Fu Hsing Factory brings together creative, design, and cultural teams, revitalizing it by integrating lifestyle aesthetics and related industries. It has become one of Taichung's successful examples of old house revitalization, injecting new life into the development of the old town area and becoming a new hub for lifestyle aesthetics and creativity in Taichung.
