Yang Hua Residence Introduction
Yang Huanai was a military general with outstanding achievements during the Qianlong and Jiaqing periods. He participated in the campaign against Lin Shuangwen and eliminated pirates. His ancestral house is a traditional Fujian-style building known as Sanluo Dazuo, featuring the Left Guardian Dragon. The entrance hall is decorated with a three-river ridge, while the front and rear halls are equipped with a dragon swallow ridge. The intricate details of the decoration are remarkable, and the wooden carvings and brick carvings on the doorstop, depicting a team of dragons, are noteworthy. Although the wooden structures between the beams and pillars have lost their splendid paintings, the strong carving skills remain evident.
