Yang Hwa Former Residence Introduction
Yang Huanai was a distinguished general during the Qianjia period, who fought against Lin Shuangwen and eradicated pirates. His ancestral home is a traditional Fujian-style building belonging to the Sanluo Great House, with the left guardian dragon feature. The entrance hall is adorned with a three-river ridge, and the front and back halls are arranged with a dragon and swallow ridge. The intricate details of the decorations are remarkable, with impressive wooden and brick carvings of a coiled dragon on the door stops. Although the exquisite painted designs on the beams and columns have faded, the craftsmanship of the carvings remains robust and impressive.
