Yang Hua Former Residence Introduction
Yang Huanai was a notable military general during the Qianlong and Jiaqing eras, who participated in the campaign against Lin Shuangwen and eradicated pirates. His ancient residence is a traditional Minnan-style building known as Sanluo Dazhu, adorned with the Left Guard Dragon. The entrance hall is decorated with a three-river ridge, and both the front and back halls feature a dragon swallow ridge. The detailed decorations are exquisitely crafted, with impressive wood carvings and brick carvings of a swirling dragon at the door. Although the wooden structures between the beams and pillars have lost their brilliant colors, they still showcase remarkable carving skills.
