Cihu Triangle Fortress Introduction
Cihu Triangle Fortress is located in the coastal area of Cihu. Moats have been dug around the fortress for protection, and barbed wire has been used to create a minefield along the beach to prevent the enemy from advancing further during wartime. The triangle fortress has a sturdy structure and camouflage appearance, and inside the fortress is the living area for stationed troops to accommodate their needs and execute missions. Watchtowers and firing ports are set at the three corners, and guard posts are also positioned on the fortress, making it a solid stronghold. As the cross-strait conflicts gradually subsided, the triangle fortress transitioned into a cultural landscape for tourism and natural ecology conservation. In late spring and early summer, the blooming evening primrose next to the triangle fortress attracts many bees, butterflies, and summer migratory birds such as the bee-eater to forage, creating a colorful scene of spring and summer.
