Victory Gate is a white round-arch building located at the intersection of Hsiao Jinyin Lake's Lower Village. It was originally an artillery-shaped monument commemorating the August 23rd Incident, built to honor the glorious victory achieved after the fierce bombardment of over 260,000 shells during the battle.
