Iron Hamburger Introduction
The Iron Fortress covers an area of approximately 4,500 square meters, with its exterior mimicking a city wall, standing about 5 meters tall, completely isolating the fortress from the outside world. Upon entering the Iron Fortress scenic area, visitors are greeted by an M42 anti-tank vehicle. The towering walls obstruct the view inside the fort, with the entrance adorned with the red lettering "Iron Fortress," marking the beginning of the fortress experience. The Iron Fortress is mainly divided into two levels. On the upper level, there are gun emplacements, a conference room, and an ammunition depot, while the underground level features five machine gun bunkers, two dormitories, two ammunition depots, one 57mm anti-tank gun, and a firefighting water tank. The underground tunnels crisscross within, connecting various coastal defense points and linking to the Warrior Fortress. Visitors can walk directly from the Iron Fortress to the Warrior Fortress, experiencing the underground life of soldiers from the past.
