Shuitou Harbor is located in the southwest of Kinmen and is responsible for the ferry services between Greater Kinmen and Lesser Kinmen. After 2002, with the opening of the "Mini Three Links" between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, Shuitou Harbor began to take over the "Mini Three Links" services and constructed the Shuitou Harbor Passenger Service Center, becoming the busiest passenger harbor in Kinmen currently.
