Shuitou Harbor is located in the southwest of Kinmen. It was originally a fishing port, and after 2002, with the opening of the small Three Links between the two sides, Shuitou Harbor began to take over the small Three Links services and built the Shuitou Harbor Passenger Service Center, becoming the busiest passenger harbor in Kinmen currently.
