The signature dish, yellow croaker noodles, is a traditional taste of old Kinmen, made with a rich broth simmered from fresh pork bones, paired with juicy and crispy fried yellow croaker, making it highly nutritious. The scallion pancake is a unique specialty, a creative dish that combines scallion oil pancake and baked pancake, using fragrant local scallions alongside a crispy exterior, which is very popular among tourists.
