State Banquet Salted Egg Cake (Qiao Wei Zhen Meat Bun) Introduction
Our restaurant has been established in Lukang for over ten years, serving customers with a sincere and dedicated attitude. In addition to meat buns and steamed buns, we also offer vegetable buns and savory cakes for banquets, along with a variety of other types of buns and steamed buns. Many of our products retain traditional methods from the past while incorporating innovative ideas. The ingredients are substantial and the prices are reasonable. The savory cakes come in two flavors: dried radish and pork floss, and were selected for the Lukang National Banquet in 2001. The savory cakes are steamed using traditional wooden cookware, resulting in a rich egg aroma and a firm texture, with low oil and low sugar for a non-greasy taste that is worth savoring.
