National Banquet Salty Cake (Delicacy Pork Bun) Introduction
Our restaurant has been established in Lugang for over a decade, serving customers with a sincere and dedicated attitude. In addition to meat buns and steamed buns, we also offer vegetable buns and savory cakes, and have developed many varieties of buns and steamed buns. Many products retain traditional methods from the past while incorporating innovative ideas. We provide substantial food at fair prices. The savory cakes in two flavors, radish and pork floss, were selected for the Lugang National Banquet savory cake in 2001. The savory cakes are steamed using traditional wooden equipment, delivering a strong egg aroma and a firm texture, while being low in oil and sugar, making them not greasy and worth savoring. Meat buns, vegetable buns, and savory cakes are the most popular products at Qiao Wei Zhen, attracting many visitors.
