National Feast Savory Cake (Charming Meat Bun) Introduction
This restaurant has been established in Lukang for more than ten years, serving customers with a sincere and dedicated attitude. In addition to meat buns and steamed buns, the menu also offers vegetable buns and savory cakes. We have developed various types of buns and steamed buns, preserving traditional methods from the past while incorporating many innovative ideas. The food is substantial and the prices are fair. The savory cakes in two flavors, preserved vegetable and meat floss, were selected for the Lukang National Banquet savory cake in 2001. The savory cakes are steamed using traditional wooden steamers, resulting in a rich egg aroma, solid texture, and low oil and low sugar content, making them not greasy and worthy of careful tasting.
