National Banquet Salted Egg Cake (Qiao Wei Zhen Meat Bun) Introduction
This restaurant has been established in Lugang for over ten years, serving customers with sincerity and dedication. In addition to meat buns and steamed buns, we also offer vegetable buns and savory cakes that have been featured in national banquets. We have developed a variety of baozi and mantou, preserving traditional methods from the old days while incorporating innovative ideas. Our products are substantial and priced reasonably. The savory cakes come in two flavors, radish and pork floss, which were selected for the national banquet in Lugang in 2001. These savory cakes are steamed using traditional wooden utensils, resulting in a rich egg flavor and a dense texture that is low in oil and sugar, making them not greasy and worth savoring. The meat buns, vegetable buns, and savory cakes are the most popular products at Qiaoweizhen, attracting many customers from afar.
