National Feast Savory Cake (Qiao Wei Zhen Meat Bun) Introduction
This restaurant has been established in Lugang for over ten years, serving customers with a sincere and dedicated attitude. In addition to meat buns and steamed buns, we also offer vegetable buns and savory cakes for banquets. We have developed many varieties of buns and steamed buns, preserving traditional methods from the past while incorporating innovative ideas. Our products are genuine and fairly priced. The savory cakes in two flavors, pickled radish and shredded pork, were selected for the Lugang banquet in 2001. The savory cake is steamed using traditional wooden cooking utensils, resulting in a rich egg aroma and a solid texture, with low oil and low sugar, making it a delightful treat worth savoring.
