Among them, Er-Lu refers to Lugang Township in Changhua County, which is positioned at the midpoint of Taiwan's western coastline facing the Taiwan Strait. With its deep and wide harbor, it naturally became a thriving commercial port city. "Er-Lu Nougat" is located within Lugang Township, a cultural hub of century-old traditional crafts.
