Ichiro Fish Soup Introduction

Established in 1961, it is currently operated by the second-generation owner, Xu Yilang. The float-style snapper soup features snapper coated with sweet potato flour, cooked until it floats, and is complemented with cabbage and egg flower for a deliciously sweet taste. The fish is served in large, chewy chunks and is one of the most beloved late-night snacks among the locals. Additionally, they offer soft and chewy braised pork knuckles and aromatic pork rib rice, which are classic dishes that food enthusiasts must try!
