Ichiro Fish Soup Introduction

Established in 1961, it is currently run by the second-generation owner, Xu Yilong. The signature floating fish soup features tilapia coated in sweet potato flour, cooked until it floats in boiling water, and is then thickened with cabbage and egg, offering a fresh and delicious taste. The fish is chunky and chewy, making it one of the most beloved late-night snacks for locals. Additionally, the tender stewed pork trotters and aromatic pork rib rice are classic dishes that food enthusiasts must try!
