Established in 1961, it is currently run by the second-generation owner, Xu Yi Lang. The restaurant's floating fish soup features tilapia coated in sweet potato flour cooked until it floats, combined with cabbage and egg to create a rich taste that is sweet and delicious. The fish is served in large, chewy pieces, making it one of the night snacks most loved by the people of Ba Gang. Additionally, there are tender and chewy braised pork trotters and fragrant pork rib rice, which are classic dishes that gourmets must try!
