Zhenxing Theater Introduction
The nostalgic old theater "Chiang Tea and Biscuits" was originally built during the late Qing Dynasty as a theater and later renovated into a Western-style building. It ceased operations due to the popularity of television. The theater still retains its high ceiling space and occasionally hosts cultural performances. Sitting in the theater while enjoying tea and biscuits is a favorite pastime for the elders. The "Zhenxing Theater," built in 1954, was once bustling with movie screenings, but as television became more common, the theater's business was greatly impacted, leading to its closure.
