Beigang Miaohou Red Turtle Introduction
Inheriting for four generations, we insist on traditional methods, using local Beigang peanuts and Taiwanese rice for our red turtle cake, preserving the most traditional and authentic flavors. The red turtle cakes in our store feature filling made from locally sourced Beigang peanuts, which not only enhances the aroma but also provides a richer taste. The rice used is also locally grown Taiwanese rice, giving it a chewy texture that doesn't easily become soft. Both the methods and ingredients follow ancient practices, and we reduce sweetness and oil to meet the health preferences of modern consumers. In addition to preserving the delightful taste of red turtle cakes, we also strive to revive the traditional flavor of ancient-style vegetable buns and have developed new products such as grilled mochi, which have become signature desserts in our store.
