Beigang Temple Rear Red Turtle

Yunlin Foods

Inheriting four generations of tradition, we adhere to ancient methods, using local Beigang peanuts and Taiwanese rice for our red turtle cakes, preserving the most traditional and authentic flavors. The red turtle cakes in our shop feature fillings made from locally sourced Beigang peanuts, which not only lend a fragrant aroma but also a richer taste. The rice is also locally sourced Taiwanese rice, providing a soft and chewy texture that doesn't fall apart easily. Our methods and ingredients are rooted in tradition, and we've reduced sweetness and oil to meet modern health preferences. In addition to passing down the delightful taste of red turtle cakes, we also strive to revive the once-lost flavors of traditional vegetable buns and develop new products like grilled mochi, becoming the signature desserts of our shop.
