Origin: The Lamb Restaurant was founded by the owner's wife's grandfather before the Republic of China era. It was later inherited and managed by her father and mother-in-law. After the passing of her father-in-law and due to her mother-in-law's old age, the wife's brother-in-law was unwilling to take over. The owner, unwilling to let this century-old lamb shop disappear, agreed to take over management and began learning the skills passed down from the grandmother from her mother-in-law. Business Philosophy: Our restaurant specializes in freshly slaughtered locally sourced lamb, offering a full lamb feast, particularly famous for our lamb rice cakes, which have been highly popular since the grandmother's time. Currently, there are many businesses in Taiwan selling lamb, but we are the only one that offers lamb rice cakes as a souvenir. To maintain the original quality and flavor, we insist on using locally sourced lamb (which is more than twice the price of imported lamb). This restaurant has been operating since before the Republic of China era, mainly because of our commitment to genuine ingredients, loyalty to original flavors, exceptional texture, and friendly service, allowing us to pass down the legacy through generations.
